7-Week Chakra Healing & Meditation Course
Join me for a transformational 7-week journey where we will explore, balance, and align each of the seven major chakras, one at a time. Unlike the 4-week course where we focused on two chakras per session, this extended experience allows for a deeper, more immersive approach, giving you time to connect with and heal each energy center fully.
What to Expect Each Week:

🟠 Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Creativity, emotions & pleasure
🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Confidence, willpower & personal strength

🔵 Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Self-expression & authentic communication
🟣 Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Intuition, insight & clarity
⚪ Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Spiritual connection & higher consciousness
Your Personal Chakra Journey
🔮 Remote Chakra Scan Before You Begin and After – Before the course starts, I will offer you a remote chakra scan to assess the current state of your energy centers. This will help identify any imbalances and give you insight into which chakras may need the most attention. This personal assessment allows you to track your progress throughout the course.You will also receive a scan after the course has ended. – NEW TO THIS TERM
📖 Your Own Chakra Journal – You’ll receive a dedicated journal to use throughout the course, with weekly prompts for self-reflection, emotional release, and personal growth. You won’t need to share your entries unless you wish to, but I’ll check in to ensure you’re making the most of your journey.
Course Structure
Each session begins with:
✨ A Deep Dive into the Chakra of the Week – Understanding its role, traits, imbalances, and how it influences your emotions, physical body, and daily life. This knowledge helps you identify personal energy blocks.
👐 Introduction to a Mudra – Each chakra is associated with a unique mudra (a symbolic hand gesture) that channels energy and enhances meditation. Mudras help focus intention, balance prana (life force energy), and deepen the connection with the chakra being worked on. We will start every meditation using the mudra specific to that chakra.
🧘 Guided Meditation & Sound Healing (30+ minutes) – The remainder of each session is spent in deep guided meditation, designed to activate and balance the chakra of the week. During this time, I will also play crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of all seven chakras, helping you release energetic blockages and realign your system.

This course is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike, offering a structured yet deeply personal approach to understanding the major 7 chakras. If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, I’d love for you to join me on this journey.
The theme of the classes is always about stillness and relaxation. Therefore, you don’t need to bring a yoga mat unless you would prefer your own one. We will be providing meditation cushions, mats, and chairs all for your comfort.
