Vision Board & Visualisation Workshop
Date: Sunday 30th November, 2025 | Time: 12pm – 2pm
Join us for a powerful, hands-on vision board and visualisation workshop designed to help you envision and step into your ideal reality.
We’re always manifesting not just at the start of a new year. That’s why I’m bringing back this powerful session to reconnect with your vision, your goals, and your inner compass. In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore the neuroscience behind visualisation, debunk some of the common myths, and dive into a guided meditation to truly feel into what you want to call in.
You’ll then create your own physical vision board using all materials provided boards, magazines, tools, and inspiration  but you’re also encouraged to bring along any personal images or mementos that speak to your vision.
You’ll leave not only with your own board but with a clearer understanding of how to actually use it to align with your goals energetically, emotionally, and neurologically.
Workshop Highlights:
– Create Your Vision Board: We’ll provide all the materials you need to craft a beautiful and personalised vision board. Just bring along any personal photos or images you’d like to include!
– Guided Visualisation Journey: After creating your vision board, you’ll be led on a guided visualisation to connect deeply with your goals and dreams—helping you fully embody the feeling of your new reality.
– Sound Bath for Integration: We’ll end the workshop with a soothing sound bath, allowing the energy of your intentions to resonate and settle within.

The theme of the classes is always about stillness and relaxation. Therefore, you don’t need to bring a yoga mat unless you would prefer your own one. We will be providing meditation cushions, mats, and chairs all for your comfort.
