After, the therapist will share insights from the chakra check. Held in a beautiful wellness studio, this session promotes balance, stress relief, and emotional clarity.

This 45-minute personalised session offers a safe and nurturing space for your child to unwind, explore calmness, and build emotional resilience. We begin with an interactive meditation designed to teach practical tools that your child can use during moments of anxiety or overwhelm. This foundational practice empowers them with skills to manage stress effectively and independently.
Next, they’ll embark on a bespoke guided meditation journey tailored to their individual needs. Through this, they’ll discover the art of stillness—a skill that fosters inner peace, mindfulness, and the ability to stay present. This part of the session helps your child tap into their imagination while encouraging focus and relaxation.
