Here you will gain the skills to start and evolve your own daily meditation practice at home, learning how easy it can be to incorporate mindfulness into your daily lives.

The theme of the classes is always about stillness and relaxation. Therefore, you don’t need to bring a yoga mat unless you would prefer your own one. We will be providing meditation cushions, mats, and chairs all for your comfort.
