The Ammavaru Mental Fitness Virtual Membership is for people who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted but don’t have the option to change their workload, responsibilities, or daily routine.
This isn’t about escaping life.
It’s about learning how to regulate your nervous system within it.
If you’ve tried meditation apps, fallen asleep halfway through, or felt unsure whether you’re doing it “right”, this membership offers guidance, structure, and support without adding more to your plate.
What’s included
Monthly Live Zoom Meditation (45 minutes)
Once a month, the community comes together for a live guided meditation session. This is a chance to reset, regulate and reconnect with real-time guidance and shared energy.
Weekly 20-Minute Guided Meditation (Recorded)
Each week you’ll receive a new 20-minute meditation you can do in your own time.
Twenty minutes is intentional it’s the duration shown to support brain rewiring, emotional regulation, and long-term stress reduction.
WhatsApp Group Support & Accountability
You’ll have access to a dedicated WhatsApp group where I check in regularly.
This isn’t about pressure it’s about accountability, encouragement, and having someone gently remind you to prioritise your mental fitness.
Sometimes, that’s all we need:
