SAFE TO RECEIVE -A heart chakra workshop

£30.00

Safe to Receive is a 90-minute heart chakra workshop exploring our relationship with giving, receiving and loving ourselves.

Using the heart chakra as our framework, we’ll gently explore the experiences and patterns that may have shaped the way we give and receive love — including grief, protection, resentment, boundaries and the parts of ourselves we may have learned to close off.

Through guided reflection and journaling, you’ll be invited to consider where you may be over-giving, what you find difficult to receive and what loving yourself might actually look like in your everyday life.

We’ll then move into a deeply restorative heart-centred guided meditation and sound practice, creating space for softness, compassion and connection.

This isn’t about forcing yourself to “love yourself more.”

It’s about beginning to feel safe enough to receive

During this 90-minute workshop, we will explore:

You do not need any previous experience with meditation or chakra work. Simply come as you are.

Description

A heart chakra workshop exploring love, receiving & our relationship with ourselves

We often talk about self-love as something we simply need to practise more of. But what if receiving love, care and softness doesn’t actually feel completely safe?

Perhaps you’re comfortable being the giver. The dependable one. The person who looks after everybody else. Yet receiving support, asking for what you need, setting boundaries or allowing somebody else to care for you can feel much harder.

It’s about beginning to feel safe enough to receive.
