The Switch Off is a curated end-of-week experience designed to help you slow everything down, release the week, and reset your mind and body before the weekend begins.

Each Friday, you’ll be guided through a combination of meditation and gentle, reflective practices creating space for your mind to quiet and your system to unwind.

No two sessions are exactly the same, but each one is designed with the same intention:

to help you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more present.

Join us to rejuvenate your spirit, cultivate mindfulness, and embark on a transformative exploration of self.

The theme of the classes is always about stillness and relaxation. Therefore, you don’t need to bring a yoga mat unless you would prefer your own one. We will be providing meditation cushions, mats, and chairs all for your comfort.
