Description
What If It Goes Right?
A Solar Plexus Chakra Workshop
Friday 13 November · Ammavaru Wellness, Letchworth
Do you second-guess your decisions, wait for reassurance or talk yourself out of something before you’ve even tried?
Friday the 13th has a reputation for bad luck. This evening, we’ll use that familiar story to explore the expectations we carry about our own lives and how anticipating what might go wrong can influence the choices we make.
Part of The Chakra Story, this 90-minute workshop explores the solar plexus chakra: the centre traditionally associated with confidence, personal power and self-trust.
Using the chakra framework as a practical guide for reflection, we’ll explore what happens when we put other people’s opinions ahead of our own, wait for permission or struggle to trust ourselves without knowing the outcome.
The evening includes:
• An accessible introduction to the solar plexus chakra and its connection to everyday experiences.
• Guided journaling to explore self-doubt, expectations and the stories that influence your choices.
• A practical self-trust exercise to take into daily life.
• Guided meditation and sound, with time to settle and reflect.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the solar plexus, prompts you can return to and one small action to practise making choices with greater self-trust.
You don’t need to know anything about chakras or have meditated before. Everything is explained and guided, with no pressure to share anything personal.
Give yourself an evening to consider a different possibility: what if it goes right?
